It is one of the plants commonly used in the practice of dieta. We sell both the leaf & bark. The bark is more commonly used in dieta, but all parts are considered medicinal.
All parts of the plant are used medicinally, and it is traditionally used for a wide range of conditions, including rheumatism, arthritis, inflammation, colds, and fevers. In some areas, it is used as a contraceptive, so should be avoided by pregnant women.
