psychedelic PREPARATION & INTEGRATION COACHING

An infinite being exploring its infinite potential through an infinite number of finite avenues

I work with all kinds of psychedelic preparation and integration sessions. My specialty however is with Iboga/Eboka with many years of study & experience with this plant teacher.

I offer unique Iboga Preparation/Integration sessions separately as a way to deepen your understanding of this plant teacher as it’s ways are unique and different from other plants. I have been working with herbal medicine for the last 10 years and am a musician and sound healer. I have traveled to different Indigenous cultures using entheogenic plants in traditional settings. I practice as a complimentary health worker of Western Herbal Medicine. I have a bounty of experience working with shamanic spaces from my time abroad with traditional cultures.

When one explores psychedelic spaces they begin to open ourselves up & simultaneously break their constructed selves down. One will experience fluidity in reality that is full of potential. This isn't necessarily a detrimental thing, but without awareness, it can be challenging thing. Not too dissimilar to life, the psychedelic experience is a means to an ends, and the end goal is for growth and 'wholing'. Those who make experience itself the end goal are going to create challenges for themselves. Integrating the mind-manifestations of the psychedelic experience takes time and space, it sometimes takes guidance and support.

- Interpreting the symbols of the plant teacher you were working with
- Helping to creating meaning from your transformative experience
- Use the power of 'story telling'
- Taking responsibility for what will help you to grow
- Help you to walk all the way through the door you have opened
- Making space for feeling the underlying emotions through ceremony & somatic releases

The ground work for plant medicine starts well before the experience in the preparation time. This helps to set your mindset, lay the terrain, and ultimately create a fertile foundation of soil for your goals to spring forth from.

- Understanding the style of plant teacher you are working with
- Matching your health needs with the right herbal plant allies
- Creating realistic expectations for growth and healing
- Identifying your goals moving forward and helping you to be accountable to them
- Setting up your space, intentions, surroundings and music​ ​
