psychedelic PREPARATION & INTEGRATION COACHING

An infinite being exploring its infinite potential through an infinite number of finite avenues

I support individuals preparing for, or returning from, psychedelic experiences — with a particular specialty in Iboga/Eboka. My work is grounded in years of study, lived experience, and time spent with Indigenous cultures who work with plant teachers in traditional settings.

Over the past decade I’ve trained in Western Herbal Medicine, Zenthai Shiatsu, sound healing, and ceremonial work. These threads weave together into a grounded, embodied approach to both preparation and integration, especially for those walking the Iboga path.

"When we begin to unconceal the Self it allows the world access, and it allows us access to the world. It allows an intimate touching that goes very deep."
Stephen Harrod Buhner

The psychedelic landscape can dissolve old identities and open profound new possibilities. This fluidity offers great healing potential — but without awareness and support, it can also feel overwhelming. Preparation and integration create a safe, strong container so your experience becomes a catalyst for genuine growth and wholeness.

"Reality is an illusion, albeit a persistent one.”

INTEGRATION SESSIONS;

Integration is where the real change happens. Together we will work on:

• Understanding the symbols, messages, and teachings that came through your journey

• Making meaning from your experience in a grounded, embodied way

• Using storytelling as a tool for clarity and reclamation

• Taking responsibility for the growth your journey is asking of you

• Walking you all the way through the “door” the experience has opened

• Making space for the emotional, somatic, and ceremonial layers that arise

PREPARATION SESSIONS;

The groundwork for a safe and meaningful plant-medicine experience begins long before the ceremony. Preparation helps shape your mindset, inner landscape, and intentions. We will explore:

• The nature and “style” of the plant teacher you’re approaching

• Herbal allies to support your body, mind, and nervous system

• Setting realistic expectations for healing and transformation

• Clarifying your goals and creating accountability around them

• Preparing your space, intentions, ceremony structure, and music

Important Note

I do not encourage or facilitate the use of any psychedelic substances, nor do I provide them.
My work focuses on education, preparation, coaching, and integration.
