The Sedatives tincture is a blend of calming herbs that soothe  over-activity in the nervous system. This can quieten the mind, and may improve sleep patterns when there are issues with either falling asleep or staying asleep. This herbal blend is best used 1 hour before bed to  prepare for sleep. If the insomnia has been long lasting, it can be used a second time just before bed or upon waking in the night.

Blending together these powerful plant teachers from around the world; Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis,), Cat Nip (Nepeta cataria) and Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora).
