A simple vessel for burning resins with beauty, safety, and ritual intention.
This resin burner is a small dish carved from natural soapstone, paired with a collapsible wooden stand — making it a functional tool and a beautiful addition to your altar. It is designed to safely burn resin incense without mess or damage to surfaces.
To use, place a lit charcoal disc or ember from a fire into the dish. Always use copper tongs (sold separately) to hold the disc safely while lighting. Once the charcoal begins to smoulder and glow red, it will radiate heat throughout the dish. Then simply drop a small piece of your chosen resin onto the disc, and allow the smoke to rise — carrying fragrance, intention, and prayer.
The burner works with any of our natural resins, including Copal, Cypress Pine, & Benzoin, each bringing their own energetic and aromatic gifts.
Note: Always use in a well-ventilated space and place the burner on a heatproof surface. Charcoal discs may emit smoke during ignition and remain hot for up to 45 minutes.
