Somlata also known as gerardiana is a medicinal plant used in Indian and Chinese traditional medicine for its health benefits.

It’s effects are stimulating, and used traditionally for bronchial conditions such as asthma, colds & coughs to open the breathing passageways and reduce catarrh (nasal drip). It may also reduce allergies and be used during flu fevers.
