A sacred stimulating morning brew from the Amazon — energising, antioxidant-rich, and dream-enhancing.
Guayusa is a revered tree native to the Amazon basin, traditionally consumed as a daily tea across Ecuador, Peru, Colombia and surrounding regions. It’s a central part of early morning rituals, where communities gather before sunrise to drink guayusa, share dreams, and receive guidance from the spirit world.
The leaves contain naturally occurring caffeine and theobromine, offering a balanced and sustained energy without the jittery edge of coffee. Unlike other stimulants, guayusa is known for its heart-opening quality — stimulating yet grounded, and often described as offering mental clarity with a calm body.
Guayusa has been linked to increased dream recall and lucid dreaming, and is rich in antioxidants and tannins that support vitality and longevity. In Amazonian mythology, it is considered a plant of wisdom and ancestral connection.
Dried, whole or crushed Ilex guayusa leaves, ethically and sustainably wild harvested in Ecuador.

Infuse 1–2 teaspoons in freshly boiled water for 5–10 minutes. Enjoy in the morning or early afternoon. Best consumed mindfully and in moderation due to its caffeine content.
