This blend is a traditional formula of herbs used to boost the function of the kidneys by feeding them with nutrient dense herbs. The kidneys are the store of our vital energy – when they are depleted we are at risk of getting very run down and burning through our longevity.
How do you know if the kidneys are tired? Sore lower back, depleted especially in the Winter, tired in the afternoon, peeing often including waking in the night, ‘Burned out’ or ‘Wired’ feeling, getting sick often, feeling a lot of fear, or feeling cold especially in the hands and feet. Just to name a few.
Some formulas aimed at treating the kidneys will make them work hard by using strong diuretics, whereas this formula is aimed at nourishing them with food.
