This product is a blend of 7 ancient herbs designed to support, in combination, the digestive fire, also known as the Agni. The digestive tract has a tendancy to become swampy, with damp undigested foods. This can be called Alma. Warm, spicy and pungent herbs, with small doses of bitters, can help to mop up the mess in the belly, improving digestive capacity and reducing the symptoms of a damp & cold belly; bloating, mild food intolerances, slow metabolism, and constipation.
This blend is insipred by TCM, Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy. The caps make it easy to integrate the herbs into your daily routine. We grind and cap the herbs ourselves in veggie caps from whole herbs, to capture as much life force and essential oil profile as possible before capping them away. We use all organic herbs.
