This tea is a great anti-fungal blend of herbs, to fight overgrowths of yeast or fungi in the gut biome. It is a combination of the organic herbs Calendula, Pau d’arco, and Marshmallow, all organic herbs. This is a tea blend with antifungal properties, and may be useful in reducing fungal infections or imbalances, such as Candida albicans.
Calendula, Calendula officinalis, is a flower which has a long history of use in Europe, and was traditionally used as a tonic by European peasants. It has been used historically as an antimicrobial, a vulnerary, a lymphatic, and as an anti-inflammatory.
Pau d’arco, Tabebuia avellanadae, is a tree that grows in the rainforests of Central and Southern America, where the bark and wood are traditionally used. Pau d’ arco is commonly used as an antimicrobial, depurative, and for immune enhancement.
Marshmallow, Althea officinalis, is a common plant with a long history of use in Europe, and has traditionally been used for it’s soothing and demulcent actions, making it very supportive for the mucous membranes of the gastro-intestinal tract.
Dosage: 1 tbsp. 2-3x a day brewed in tea
